Warranty Policy – Cold Plunge Tubs

At Quadralife, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our cold plunge tubs. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, exclusions, and procedures applicable to our products.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, as outlined below:

Residential Warranty Period

  • Cold Plunge Tub Shell & Structure: 24 months
  • Chiller Unit / Cooling System: 24 months

Commercial Warranty Period

  • Cold Plunge Tub Shell & Structure: 12 months
  • Chiller Unit / Cooling System: 12 months

The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects arising from:

  • Manufacturing faults

At our discretion, we will:

  • Repair the defective component, or
  • Replace the defective product or part, or
  • Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Damage caused by improper electrical supply or water quality
  • Corrosion, scaling, or damage due to poor maintenance
  • Consumable parts such as filters after use
  • Issues arising from failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions

4. Conditions of Warranty Validity

This warranty is valid only if:

  • The product is installed and used according to our instructions
  • The product has not been filled, modified, or repaired by unauthorised parties
  • Routine maintenance is performed as recommended
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Failure to meet these conditions may void the warranty.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at hello@quadralife.com with:
    • Order number or proof of purchase
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  2. Do not continue using the product once a defect is identified.
  3. Our team may conduct remote diagnostics or request inspection.

Unauthorised repairs or continued use may invalidate the warranty.

6. Repair & Replacement Terms

  • Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and of equivalent performance.
  • Repaired or replaced components will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Labour, transport, or on-site service fees may apply unless stated otherwise.

7. Shipping & Service Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for transport, inspection, and service costs unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.
  • We are not responsible for damage incurred during unauthorised transport or handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:

  • This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or loss of enjoyment.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Relationship to Singapore Consumer Law

This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes statutory rights under Singapore law.

10. Changes to Warranty Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
